Privacy Policy — PAL Games

This privacy policy applies to all games in the PAL Games portfolio: Animal Match, Five Letters, 2048 Themes, Sudoku Daily, Block Blast Lite, Tile Slide, Math Sprint, Snake Neon, Color Switch, and Pixel Cross (the "Games").

What our games collect

Our games work offline and do not require an account. Anything you do in a game (puzzles solved, scores, settings, streaks) is stored only on your device.

Because the Games show advertising through Google AdMob, the following may be collected automatically to serve those ads:

• A device advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / iOS identifier), used by AdMob for ad delivery, frequency capping, and fraud prevention.
• Basic device & usage data — device model, OS version, language, and in-app interactions, used by AdMob and for crash/diagnostics.
• Approximate location — derived from IP address only (country/region). We do not collect GPS or precise location.

Non-personalized ads & no tracking

The Games request non-personalized ads only. We do not use the advertising identifier to track you across other companies' apps or websites, we do not build advertising profiles, and the apps do not present an App Tracking Transparency request.

What we do not collect

• Your name, email, phone number, or other directly identifying information.
• Contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location.
• Any account or login data — there are no accounts.

How information is used

• Serving ads — Google AdMob uses the above to deliver non-personalized ads and measure performance. See Google's policy: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
• Diagnostics — anonymous crash and performance data may be used to fix bugs. It contains no personal information.

Third parties

• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK — advertising. Privacy: policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not share data with any other third party.

Children

Some Games (notably Animal Match and Math Sprint) appeal to children. For all Games we request non-personalized ads only, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information, email hello@palinntech.com and we will delete it.

Your choices (GDPR / CCPA)

• Reset or delete your advertising identifier in device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising).
• Request access to or deletion of any data by emailing hello@palinntech.com.

Data retention

We hold no personal data on our own servers. AdMob retains data per Google's policies (linked above).

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes update the "Last updated" date above.
